Route 02 / Real-world Value Infrastructure

Turn real-world value
into a governed digital model.

A planned institutional route for organisations that own or control verifiable assets, rights or value and want to create a digital operating chain around them.

Technology connected to the required legal and regulated roles.

Planned capabilityNot yet built

The operating model and delivery roadmap are defined. Asset verification, legal and custody structures, authorised-provider integrations and the reusable tokenisation engine must be completed for each appropriate deployment.

An end-to-end operating chain

More than creating a token.

A credible real-world asset proposition must connect the underlying asset, enforceable rights, verified participants and the full digital lifecycle.

01Required per asset

Asset verification

Evidence ownership, provenance, valuation, condition and any encumbrances through appropriate sources.

02Authorised advice required

Legal structure

Define the rights represented and the governing contractual, regulatory and jurisdictional framework.

03Planned integration

Identity + eligibility

Integrate KYC/AML, eligibility, permissions and ongoing participant controls where required.

04Not yet built

Issuance + wallets

Create and administer the appropriate digital instrument and provide controlled participant access.

05Integration required

Custody + escrow

Connect asset, funds, keys and settlement to the agreed custody and escrow structure.

06Planned capability

Lifecycle administration

Support authorised transfers, reporting, distributions, corporate actions or redemption as applicable.

Potential asset routes

For owners of independently verifiable value.

Suitability depends on ownership, legal rights, regulation, custody, data quality and a commercially meaningful reason to digitise the asset.

01

Property + infrastructure

Assets or interests with documented ownership, valuation and an appropriate operating structure.

02

Commodities + resources

Precious or industrial metals, energy assets and natural resources with verifiable provenance and custody.

03

Revenue-producing assets

Contractual or operating value where the rights, cash flows and administration can be clearly evidenced.

04

Investment interests

Debt, fund, private-company or—where legally permitted—public-company structures with specialist advisers.

A governed asset lifecycle

Qualify. Structure. Connect. Administer.

Technology follows the asset and legal design. It cannot replace ownership evidence, regulated roles or enforceable rights.

01

Qualify the asset

Confirm control, evidence, value, participants and a genuine digital-use case.

02

Design the structure

Work with appropriate legal, regulatory, custody and financial-service providers.

03

Configure the chain

Connect verification, identity, issuance, wallets, custody, escrow and reporting.

04

Administer the lifecycle

Operate permissions, records, events, servicing and redemption where applicable.

Commercial relationship

Revenue aligned to the asset lifecycle.

The route is intended to combine initial structuring and onboarding with ongoing servicing and applicable transaction administration.

01

Structuring + onboarding

Initial revenue for qualification, technical design, integration and deployment work.

02

Asset servicing

Recurring revenue for administration, reporting and agreed operating services.

03

Transactions

Transaction-based revenue where transfers, settlement or redemption are supported.

04

Asset lifecycle

The intended relationship follows the asset rather than ending at initial issuance.

Conditions before code

The underlying rights must remain real.

RevoLabs provides or integrates technology. Appropriately authorised providers perform legal, regulatory, custody and financial-service roles where required.

01

Verifiable asset

Ownership, rights, valuation and ongoing asset information must be independently supportable.

02

Appropriate structure

The instrument, audience, jurisdiction and regulated activities are resolved before launch.

03

Clear custody

Responsibility for the asset, funds, keys and records is explicit throughout the lifecycle.

04

No liquidity promise

Market access or transferability is only described where lawful, contracted and operational.

Straight answers

Before we move forward.

01Is Revo’s RWA infrastructure live today?

No. Schedule M records the RWA / RWT infrastructure and reusable tokenisation engine as not yet built. The page describes the planned operating model and the conditions required to develop it responsibly.

02Does Revo need to own the underlying asset?

No. The customer owns or controls the underlying asset. RevoLabs is intended to provide or integrate the technology infrastructure around the agreed operating chain.

03Does a digital instrument automatically represent a security?

No universal conclusion can be made. Classification depends on the rights, structure, jurisdiction, participants and applicable law, which is why authorised legal and regulatory input is required for each deployment.

04Will Revo provide custody or guarantee liquidity?

Neither should be assumed. Custody, financial services and market access would require appropriate structures and authorised providers. No liquidity promise is made.
